FAQ

DAILY INSPECTIONS

TIRE PRESSURE: It should be visually checked every day before going to work. If uneven wear, lack of air, damage caused by a foreign object are visible, the tire pressures should be checked.

REFUELİNG: The fuel used in the tractor should be rested if possible and the tank should be full after the end of the daily work. Otherwise, water droplets will form due to the oxygen concentration in the tank and water will mix with the fuel. This may cause corrosion in the tank and damage to fuel elements such as injectors and pumps.

ENGINE OIL LEVEL CHECK: Every day before the engine starts, the oil dipstick should be checked. The level should be between the maximum and minimum lines, if it is below the minimum level, the cause should be checked.

RADIATOR-COOLING: The water level must be checked every day before the engine starts. The water level should be enough to cover the upper part of the honeycombs. Do not fill up to the radiator neck, and remove foreign matter such as straw, dust, grass, etc. between the combs in the front

ELECTRICITY: Check the lighting, brake and signaling lamps every day.

CHECKS: Check the brakes at the first start in the morning, check the tire pressures, look for visible oil and water leaks, check if there is any looseness in the wheel bolts.

TIPS AND USEFUL INFORMATION

• Have the periodic maintenance done on time and by the authorized service.
• Use only original consumables such as filters and oil in your tractor.
• Prefer euro diesel fuel, using low quality fuel can cause unforeseen damage.
• Use equipment suitable for tractor type, power and terrain.
• We recommend that you use tractor front and rear weights according to the work done. Filling the tires with water is not recommended.
• Bring the rear suspension arms and side tensioner arms to the proper working position while driving.
• Use the double wheel drive (4×4) system, if available, in all your field work with your tractor.
• Do not use the double wheel drive system (4×4) on your tractor at a speed of 14 km or higher speeds while driving, because it will cause excessive load on the front differential.
• While driving, your feet should never be always on the clutch and brake pedals.
• In field work, never turn while the differential lock is active-connected.
• Do not make technical changes on the tractor without the approval of the manufacturer (front-rear loader, bucket, additional lighting electrical installation, etc.).
• Never remove the safety frame of the tractor with ROPS.
• While driving with the tractor, the head lamps must be on day and night.

Lighting and signal lamps must always be in working condition.
